We want to help everyone in our amazing (and hectic) capital city make small, achievable changes that will make a big difference to their attitude to food, their pockets and the planet.
A big ask, maybe? We agree, we’re all busy people. That’s why we’re concentrating on small changes – like buying the occasional pack of frozen veg instead of fresh, or stretching a pack of beef mince across two meals instead of one – to help make that difference, one small change at a time.
As part of a project called TRiFOCAL, we’re funded through the EU Life programme, with match funding (and a lot of hard work) coming from our partners: WRAP, the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) and Groundwork London. But we’re also collaborating as widely as we can, to make a bigger impact – and as the campaign grows, we’ll keep a list of our brilliant supporters and contributors here.
While the campaign is London-wide, we’re working particularly hard in nine boroughs:
We’re speaking to all sorts of people in a range of contexts too, in the hope of connecting with them at different points in their lives. If you’re interested in our activity with schools, community groups and businesses, find out how to get involved.
Please sign up for more information about what we’re getting up to over the next two years – things are moving fast!
And if you want more technical information about the campaign, you can find out more here.
