From the student who’s living on baked beans to the busy working parents of three, we want to help everyone in our amazing capital make small food changes to lead better, healthier, more sustainable lives.
Achievable changes, like buying the occasional pack of frozen veg instead of fresh, or stretching a pack of beef mince across two meals instead of one – help make a huge cumulative difference.
As part of a project called TRiFOCAL, we’re funded through the EU Life programme, with match funding (and a lot of hard work) coming from our partners: WRAP, the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB) and Groundwork London.
