No.
Can I get a caddy from the council?
Yes – the council provides both internal kitchen caddies and external (larger). Order replacements by contacting streetline@towerhamlets.gov.uk
Do I need to use liners? And what kind?
Yes – please only use newspaper to line your caddy, or compostable starch liners, not plastic bags or biodegradable bags.
