The council provides a service to some flats around the borough, so check on the council website where you can put in your postcode to find out whether there’s a service from your estate.
What about flats above shops?
Generally not – but again, check on the council website.
Can I get a caddy from the council?
Yes – contact the council customer services team to order one on 020 8825 6000.
Do I need to use liners? And what kind?
Yes – please only use newspaper or compostable starch liners, not plastic bags or biodegradable bags.
Are the liners available for free?
No – but you can buy these from shops around Ealing.
