You can only enter the Competition on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and will need to have an account on the social media platform on which you wish to post an entry. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter which are simply used as entry platforms.
The Competition starts at 00:01hrs (BST) on 1 June 2018 and ends at 23:59hrs (BST) on 1 June 2018 so entries must be posted during this period to be counted.
Entries are not limited to one entry per person. Entrants may post multiple entries across one or more of the three social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Each post will count as one entry.
To enter you must share a food waste prevention, healthy eating or food waste recycling tip. Share the tip using #LondonFoodHacks on social media (your Facebook and Instagram accounts and your posted tip must be public. If your accounts are private we will be unable to see your post and your entry will not count, in which case use Twitter instead). Entries which include offensive or inflammatory content, breach copyright or breach the content guidelines of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or The CAP Code, will be deemed invalid and individuals may be reported to the relevant social media platform. Do not post personal information in entries such as name or address.
Small Change, Big Difference will select the Competition winner from all valid entries entered. Entries will be judged for which is the best tip to reduce food waste, recycle food better or eat healthily and sustainably.
By entering the Competition, you give permission to Small Change, Big Difference and Mercato Metropolitano to use your first name and tip in communications made on their respective websites and social media channels.
The Promoter will contact the winner shortly after the Competition date, which is 1 June 2018, via the social channel on which the winning entry was submitted.
